Upon the Customer’s receipt of the aforementioned email, a Sales Agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

§ 10
Right to Cancel the Contract
The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
The period specified in paragraph 1 begins upon delivery of the Product to the Consumer or to a person designated by the Consumer other than the carrier.
In the case of a Contract covering multiple Products that are delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the period specified in paragraph 1 begins upon delivery of the last item, batch, or part.
In the case of a Contract involving the regular delivery of Products for a specified period (subscription), the period specified in paragraph 1 begins upon taking possession of the first item.
The Consumer may withdraw from the Contract by submitting a notice of withdrawal to the Seller. To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the notice before the deadline expires.
The notice may be sent by regular mail, fax, or electronically by sending it to the Seller’s email address or by submitting it on the Seller’s website—the Seller’s contact information is specified in § 3. The notice may also be submitted using the form, a template of which is provided in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions and as an appendix to the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights; however, this is not mandatory.
If the Consumer submits the notice electronically, the Seller shall immediately send the Consumer a confirmation of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the Contract to the email address provided by the Consumer.
Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract:
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the Contract is deemed never to have been concluded.
In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, the Seller shall promptly refund to the Consumer, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s notice of withdrawal from the Contract, all payments made by the Consumer, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
The Seller shall refund the payment using the same payment methods that the Consumer used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to an alternative solution that does not entail any costs for the Consumer.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product is returned or until proof of its return is provided, whichever occurs first.
The Consumer should return the Product to the Seller’s address specified in these Terms and Conditions without delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer notified the Seller of the withdrawal from the Contract. The deadline will be met if the Consumer returns the Product before the 14-day period expires.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product, including the costs of returning the Product if, due to its nature, it could not be returned by regular mail.
The consumer is liable only for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from its use in a manner other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
9. If, due to the nature of the Product, it cannot be returned by regular mail, information to that effect, as well as information regarding the costs of returning the Product, will be included in the Product description in the Store.
10. The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract with respect to a Contract:
in which the subject matter of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or intended to satisfy the Consumer’s individualized needs,
in which the subject of performance is an item delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery,
in which the subject of performance is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life,
for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the Consumer’s express consent, and the Consumer was informed prior to the commencement of the service that, once the Seller has fulfilled the service, the Consumer will lose the right to withdraw from the Contract,
in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the Seller has no control and which may occur before the expiration of the withdrawal period,
in which the subject matter of the service consists of goods that, upon delivery, due to their nature, become inseparably combined with other goods,
in which the subject matter of the service consists of alcoholic beverages, whose price was agreed upon at the time the sales contract was concluded, and whose delivery may not occur until 30 days have elapsed and whose value depends on market fluctuations over which the Seller has no control,
in which the subject matter of the performance consists of audio or video recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery,
the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements,
for the delivery of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the Consumer’s express consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period and after the Seller informed the Consumer of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
§ 11
Complaints and Warranty

If a defect is found in goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on the warranty provisions of the Civil Code.

The Seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days; if the Seller fails to do so within this period, the Customer’s request shall be deemed justified.
Goods returned as part of the complaint procedure should be sent to the address specified in § 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
If a warranty has been provided for a Product, information about it, as well as its terms, will be included in the Product description in the Store.
