MASQUERADES / PRM

Costumes, set pieces, and installation, 2025
Tomasz Armada collaborated with PRM on the “MASQUERADES. Where transformation begins” campaign. The project drew inspiration from winter rituals, caroling, and masquerades, transposing traditional figures and rituals into a contemporary fashion campaign.
Over the course of three days, together with a team of seven, I created costumes, masks, props, and set pieces. The creations included: a wearable table, a house and a stage mounted on the head, masks of the moon, sun, and constellations, furry gloves, a hand-embroidered ruff, and a monumental scarecrow figure made of hair, linen tow, and fur. The project also included upholstered set design elements and curtains.
The objects were used during a photo shoot and the filming of the campaign, and were then moved to the PRM Concept Store at the Norblin Factory in Warsaw, where they became part of the space’s design.
